Scrap quilts are my favorites. If I'm buying fabric, I usually chose red, blue, pink, purple, green, or neutrals, but I think any color can be beautiful in a quilt. I rarely use 'modern' fabrics like Amy Butler's. I like batiks and fun novelty prints, especially Halloween fabrics.
