| Description: | |
| 55 fiction is microfiction. It's the telling of a story in 55 words or less. It started out as a contest for the New Times, an alternative weekly paper in San Luis Obispo in 1987. The standard rules of thumb for 55 fiction are as follows:
Many 55 fiction writers rely on drama, shock and suspense for elements of their stories. So, the idea of this swap is to write a 55 fiction story and swap it with a partner! No theme for your story. Just get creative and make it good! Newbies with fully fleshed out profiles and that are currently involved in at least 3 swaps are invited to join. However, please be forewarned that flakers will NOT be tolerated. Come on, we all like getting something special in the mail!! It's only a kind, simple act to reciprocate, and it doesn't require a lot of effort to do so. Don't flake! Seasoned writers, and newbie writers are all welcome! This swap is 1 story to 2 partners. It can be the same story, or a different one for each. | |
