Send Me Junk Again- Fall Themed

Let’s send materials to make a junk journal again with a Fall theme. Think orange, yellow, brown, red, leaves, pumpkins, mushrooms, acorns, squirrels, deer, trees, sweaters, mugs of hot beverages, etc. just throwing out ideas if you are unsure of possible colors of items that might relate.

This is a bit more intense because the idea is your partner should be able to make a junk journal from the items you send. Therefore, follow the list for the requirements needed and feel free to send extras if your heart so leads the way. Items should coordinate or flow together. Meaning...don’t send Easter.

Yes, this is a junk journal but please do not send dirty or extremely damaged goods. Send items you would want to receive yourself.

20 different papers for the signatures (think gelli prints, old book pages, graph paper, ledger paper, doilies, scrapbook paper, or interesting magazine pages. You can send some blank or neutral papers if you don’t have Fall book pages but be sure to include some.

3 various sized envelopes (recycled is fine)

1 paper bag to reflect the theme this can be colored or decorative print (no larger than a lunch bag size)

4 pieces of fabric no smaller than 5x5

10 pieces of ephemera (Tickets, tags, die cuts, stamped items, stickers, etc.)

10 metal mixed items such as paper clips, charms, binder clips, eyelets, or something you think blends well with the theme. These items should be something to incorporate in the journal and may not necessarily be Fall but be orange, yellow, brown, for example.

4 ribbons or fibers 12 inches long

2 authentic vintage items to coordinate: think labels, tickets, postcards, recipes, receipts, playing cards, magazine ads, etc.

1 handmade inspired item to reflect Fall such as a pocket, cluster, dangle, tag, etc.

Package it all up nicely and send to your partner.
