Here we go again! Same rules apply...Deery Lou must be handmade (no digital or printed images), standard atc size (2.5x3.5), one atc for one partner. I have really enjoyed what I've seen for this series so far and there are so many Sanrio characters, I do hope we can see this through all of them!
